Cavenwell Group is pleased to announce that Cavenwell Trust Company (Jersey) Limited has been formally authorised by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) to carry on Trust Company Business.
This marks the next chapter in Cavenwell’s continued growth as a digitally enabled fiduciary partner to ultra-high-net-worth families and advisors across the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

With this approval, Cavenwell becomes one of the very few firms licensed across DIFC, ADGM, and Jersey, and the only one that remains independent, and with no private equity ownership or public shareholders. This independence allows Cavenwell to prioritise long-term client outcomes over short-term investor returns, delivering a more stable, client focused service experience.
